At the end of every second month, this site offers readers a gentle reminder of its reliance upon their patronage. Careful readers of the blog may be aware that it has incurred an unanticipated one-off operating expense since the previous charity drive, which may perhaps cause some of you to consider a donation particularly timely. This can be provided through the “become a supporter” buttons at the top of the page and the bottom of each post. It might also be worth noting one more time that the site is now free of advertising, even if you’re among the apparent minority who do not use ad blockers.
